The fictional Wild West town of Megiddo, located in Cochise County, Arizona is the setting for this particular campaign.  The time is between the American Civil War and the Turn of the Century, around 1870.   The town of Megiddo is a fictionalized representation of popular Wild West destination towns like Deadwood, Tombstone and Dodge City.  Consider Megiddo to be all of these places rolled up into one.
